Welcome to Startup47! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Startup47 website and services (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, and content (e.g., NewsData.io, Gemini AI, Imagen API, LinkedIn). We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party services. If you access any third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that these Terms and our Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Startup47 from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
